Questions
Group Tours are scheduled convoys you join with your own vehicle on set dates. A Private Nomad Expedition runs exclusively on your preferred dates, for your private group only, with our Land Cruiser, guide, and camp chef dedicated entirely to you.
Every route displays a clear Challenge Rating from 1 to 5. Challenge 1 to 2 trips are suitable for anyone who enjoys gravel roads. Challenge 4 and 5 routes (like Suguta Valley or Kapedo) involve extreme heat, corrugations, sand dunes and genuine isolation—which is why they are guided-only with our veteran team.
Yes! If you have your own well-prepared 4x4 (with all-terrain tyres and good clearance), you can choose our Self-Drive option or have a guide lead you in your vehicle.
