MUD RUN II: FOREST FURY
Where Mud Meets Mission. Where Chaos Meets Conservation.
π 9-10 May 2026 | π Kenya's Wildest Forest Terrain (Location TBD)
This isn't your grandmother's tree planting day. Mud Run II: Forest Fury is a savage 2-day expedition where environmental warriors become off-road legends—planting Kenya's future one seedling at a time, then battling through forest tracks that'll leave your rig mud-caked and your crew bonded for life.
Plant. Battle. Celebrate.
REGISTER NOW - KES 4,000
Mud Run II isn't a static event—it's a journey from Point A to Point B:
β
Point A (Assembly) → Safety briefing, convoy formation
β
The Green Stop → Plant 5-10 trees with Kenya Forest Service
β
The Mud Gauntlet → 5-15km of forest fury (ruts, crossings, recovery challenges)
β
Point B (Base Camp) → BBQ, awards, campfire stories, legend status
Every Nomad participates. Every tree matters. Every muddy battle earns you a story.
Plant 5-10 indigenous tree seedlings at a designated Kenya Forest Service reforestation site. GPS coordinates logged so you can visit "your" trees on future trips. This is legacy-building with a side of mud-slinging.
Base Camp crowns legends with actual trophies:
π The Winch Master - Most valuable recovery hero
π The Mud Magnet - Most spectacularly stuck (badge of honor)
π The Green Thumb - Most enthusiastic tree planter
π The Storyteller - Best campfire tale
Mandatory recovery gear. Spotters for technical sections. Shared meals and shared victories. Solo off-roading is ego. Convoy off-roading is brotherhood.
05:30 AM - Assembly at [TBD]
Safety briefing, convoy roles, "Mud Run Passports" issued
09:00 AM - Tree Planting
Arrive at designated tree planting site, and work with Kenya Forest Service to plant indigenous species. KFS expert ecology briefing. Team photos with muddy boots and green leaves.
02:00 PM - The Mud Gauntlet
Navigate narrow forest tracks, deep ruts, water crossings, hill climbs. Recovery protocol kicks in when someone gets stuck (and they will). Regroup every 45-60 minutes for tire pressure adjustments and hydration.
05:00 PM - Base Camp Arrival
Tent setup. First cold drink cracks. Adrenaline still pumping.
07:00 PM - Nyama Choma Fires
Bring your own meat. We provide the fire and the vibe. Stories start flowing.
09:00 PM - Campfire & The Muddy Oscars
Trophy presentations. Story circle (no phones, no interrupting). Music off by 11 PM.
07:00 AM - Wake at leisure
Brew coffee. Someone's already cooking eggs.
09:00 AM - 12:00 PM - Choose your adventure:
12:00 PM - Closing ceremony
Final group photo. Feedback. Trash collection (Carry In, Carry Out).
01:00 PM - Departure window
Leave when ready. By 3 PM, only tire tracks remain.
Absolutely. Kids plant trees, experience off-roading, hear campfire stories. This isn't daycare—it's family adventure where everyone participates.

Minor scratches, mud-caked undercarriage, and brush marks are expected and normalβit's off-roading. You're responsible for your own vehicle and any damage. We recommend: Full comprehensive insurance before the trip Understanding that paint scratches and pinstriping happen Not bringing a vehicle you're not willing to get dirty/scratched Major mechanical failures are rare if your vehicle is properly serviced beforehand. The Sweep vehicle can assist with basic repairs or tow you to the nearest access point if needed.
Completely fine. Once you've participated in Day 1 (tree planting + Mud Gauntlet + Base Camp night), you're free to depart early on Day 2. Just: Inform the Lead vehicle via radio before leaving Pack out all your trash Say your goodbyes No penalties. We understand life happens.
Sweep Vehicle: Carries comprehensive first-aid kit and trained personnel Satellite Phone: For emergency calls in areas with no cell signal Evacuation Plan: Nearest hospital/medical facility mapped before event Convoy Protocol: If someone is seriously injured, convoy halts and emergency response is coordinated For minor injuries (cuts, sprains, headaches), we have supplies. For anything serious, we evacuate immediately. This is why personal medical insurance is mandatory.
