Alpha Expedition I.. Those who were there know. Those who weren’t… watched.
It wasn't just the mud-splattered 4x4s conquering Chyulu's green hills. It wasn't just the nyama choma sizzling over open flames or the firewood hauled by calloused hands. It wasn't even the laughter—the kind that leaves grown men gasping for air, tears streaming down weathered faces.
Raw. Honest. Unapologetic. Men showing up as themselves—no masks, no filters, no pretense. Just Alphas. Real men having real conversations under African skies, around roaring campfires, over shared meals they grilled with their own hands.
Alpha I became legend because men are starving for this. For connection. For truth. For spaces where vulnerability isn't weakness and strength doesn't mean silence.
This time, we're heading deeper. The North — Kenya's wild frontier. Where predators still roam free. Where the land stretches endless and unforgiving. Where the Maasai and Samburu still live by ancient codes.
This isn't a safari. This isn't a "wellness retreat." This is brotherhood in the wild.
Forget green hills. We're talking predator country. Lions. Leopards. Elephants. Buffalo. The north is raw, remote, and breathtaking—Kenya's last true frontier.
We're doubling down on what made Alpha I legendary:
- Brotherhood Sessions.
- Campfire Confessionals: Stories that matter. Lessons that stick.
- Man Talk Till Midnight: Because the best conversations happen when the fire crackles and the stars come out.
If You Missed Alpha I:
The FOMO is real. Those photos? Those stories? They're legendary now. Don't make the same mistake twice.
If You Were at Alpha I:
You know what this is. You felt the brotherhood. You laughed until your ribs hurt. You shared stories you've never told anyone. You know this is different.
And you know Alpha II will be even better.

"Never seen men refuse to eat meat. We ate till we couldn't anymore."
"Doc Kagiri had us crying—from laughter AND from truth."
"The rain came down hard. We held chairs over our heads and kept talking. THAT'S brotherhood."
"Kamaa was MVP. Chief Butcher. Chief Comedian. Chief Everything."
"I came for adventure. I left with brothers, and tummy sore from laughter."
The question isn't whether Alpha II will be epic.
1) Men only (No exceptions) 2) Mara Nomads members only (Not a member? Join first: www.maranomads.com) 3) 4x4 vehicle owners (Proper off-road capability with low range required)
No. * This is a men-only space. We have couples trips (Hearts & Horizons, family expeditions). This isn't one of them. Alpha Expedition is sacred brotherhood territory. * Men only means adults only. We have family-friendly trips throughout the year. Alpha Expedition isn't one of them. * We're in predator country (lions, leopards, hyenas). Your dog would be in danger, and could attract dangerous wildlife to camp. We also do allow pets on our trips due to many reasons.
You need to become a member first. Contact us at +254 794 897 226 to join the community, THEN register for Alpha II.
Not at all. Alpha I had new Nomads who became instant brothers. Brotherhood doesn't discriminate based on tenure—just authenticity.
