No. The drive to Kericho is smooth tarmac. Only the final approach to camp requires reasonable ground clearance — and our team will guide you through it. An AWD vehicle is okay.

A tent is mandatory for camping. If you don't have one, reach out to us — we may be able to help arrange a rental or connect you with another Nomad.

We meet at 4.30 am outside Supreme Court, depart at 5.00 am sharp on Saturday, 29 November 2025, and proceed to Kericho.

However there are limited room accommodation facilities at the campsite, available on 1st come, 1st served basis. 🥳Water, hot showers and toilets are available at the campsite, 🥳Breakfast is available on order. Urban Escape IV takes place at a tea farm estate in Kericho County, Kenya's western highlands region, approximately 4-5 hours from Nairobi.
